tiva.tv, the international videojournalist agency, was founded as a branch of the mmpro. film- und medienproduktion in 2006. mmpro film- und medienproduktion started with streaming media already in 1999 when slow internet connections and incompatible formats where still an issue in the world wide web.

10 years of experience in webTV production.

7 years later, and influenced by a lot of experience until then, mmpro started to build the first international network of videojournalists which grow to 250 so-called VJs until 2007.

With their sensational webTV series "Climate Change" tiva.tv became a known player in webTV production and business. In 50 episodes, produced in over 40 countries, "Climate Change" shows the personal stories beyond the change of climate in the world. Big platforms like stern.de or n24.de in Germany, as well as Dagbladet in Norway, Jyllands Posts in Denmark or Austria's news.at have licensed the series so far. As of 2010 the webTV series is also part of an exhibition initiated by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment.
